- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪AVOID!!! An absolute joke! They're open 10-17 - rang them monday at 1645 - no answer, so I rang the head office - nobody will do me a quote because they finish at 17 and quote takes too long (seriously??? In 2017??). Ok. Rang them again on tuesday in the morning - lady that answered the phone call said the gentleman that can do me a quote went out of the office but he will be back in few minutes. She took my details and promissed he will ring me. Two hours later - nothing! So i rang them back - the same lady answered and said that this gentleman is on a hour lunch break - so I asked her to tell this gentleman to give me a ring as I am buying the car tomorrow. She promissed she will ask him when he comes back. NOTHING!!!!!! Did not ring at all! Despite the fact they work only 7 hours a day the guy has hour break and does not care about the bussiness! As a taxi driver I will warn my passengers and other taxi drivers to never use that "insurance company" at all! I got it all sorted within 5 minutes with a different insurer. Not recommend!!!!!!!!
